Those days when you just don't feel like it.

It's been tough trying to be motivated.

I was trying to figure a way to start a regimented diet/life, but I somehow convinced myself that I needed to eat some breakfast. 

Then after eating breakfast, I convinced myself I should take a nap.

After taking a nap, I decided I should eat a late lunch.

After lunch, I suggested to myself that I needed to watch some movies.

I fall asleep as I watch my second DVD.

AND ironically, I wonder why I gained so much weight.
